Our reception staff are available Monday to Friday 8.30am – 1.00pm and 2.00pm – 5.00pm
to help with ordering prescriptions, booking appointments and general enquires.
Please Note: The practice is closed at lunchtime 1pm – 2pm.
We are very fortunate to have a very loyal & caring staff, some of which are here over 10 years. Our receptionists are probably the first members of the practice team you will meet or talk to. They aim to be as courteous and as helpful as possible. Our receptionists assist in the efficient day to day running of the practice and support the services we provide. When you telephone the surgery they will ask you for a few details. They have been trained to make these enquires so that we can help you in the most appropriate way. Strict confidentiality is maintained by all staff on any matter relating to the health of our patients. Our receptionists are here to help you, but their job is very demanding and they are often very busy, so your patience is appreciated.

Complaints Procedure
We realise that occasionally things do not go as smoothly as we would like. To register a complaint with the practice,
please ask at reception for a complaints form. Completed forms should be returned for the attention of our Practice Manager, Lynette Beechey.
We do not receive complaints over the telephone.
