Domestic Violence During COVID

There have been reports in the media of an increase in Domestic violence during the recent COVID lockdown. We take the issue very seriously here in the Palms surgery and want to create the right environment so that people can gain the confidence to discuss any issues they have if they feel unsafe in their homes or are being emotionally abused.

We will have posters in the waiting room and would encourage any of our patients who are having problems to discuss them with us in the strictest confidence.
